Most Commonly Asked Questions
What is your turnaround time?
All Custom cakes requires a 7 – 14 days advance order. However do not hesitate to call if your cake is short notice! We will do our best to accommodate! However, we can only accept a limited number of orders weekly, and advance ordering ensures you will not miss out on your date. If the order is within a week's time we charge a rush minimum fee of $50 to cover last minute expenses that the business will incur to make sure your products are made as close to your request and delivered in a timely fashion.

Can we taste test before we order?
We do invite our guest(s) to taste our cakes in advance. Currently, there are 2 different options you can select to taste our cakes in advance:

Option 1: Tasting Box – A Tasting Box contains 6 generous sample squares of a variety of flavors at our discretion. Tasting Box is $50.

Option 2: Private Cake Tasting – We offer an exclusive private appointment with our phenomenal lead Cake Artist. In this appointment you will be able to select your cake flavors, icing and fillings to taste. This option will allow up to 4 guests to attend. Please contact us to secure your date. Private Cake Tasting Session is $85 with this option if you choose to secure a cake with us $55 will go towards the deposit for the cake!
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to book an order on specialty cake or dessert bar orders.

How can I place an order?
We accept orders on our online store, over the phone at 862.286.0786, or via email 2lcbakery2020@gmail.com. If you have a complicated cake design that requires additional time to discuss, please schedule a consultation with one of our designers by providing as much information as possible by completing this form!

How long does it take to respond to an email order?
If you submit an order via email, please patiently give us 48 hours to respond. We have a lot of inquiries, but we always get to them.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP
Do you offer delivery?
We offer professional delivery starting at $50 - $75 depending on the destination.

Am I required to use a specific service?
For large cakes, we recommend customers use our delivery service, although it is not required.

What is your policy during transit?
We cannot take the responsibility for your cake once it leaves our shop if you transport it yourself.
